AI Zombie Trend Video in Higgsfield: Seedance 2.0 & Kling 3.0
Make the zombie love story video in Higgsfield: which model to pick, how to upload the two photos, a prompt written for Seedance 2.0, the settings and what it costs in credits.

A lot of the AI zombie trend videos on Instagram and TikTok are tagged Higgsfield. Higgsfield isn't a model of its own — it's a studio that runs other companies' video models (Seedance, Kling, Veo and more) under one credit balance. That matters for this trend, because the model you pick decides whether you get the whole story in one take or have to stitch two clips together.
Which Higgsfield model to use
- Seedance 2.0 — best for this trend. It accepts several reference images and generates up to 15 seconds in one go, with sound. The zombie scene, the hug and the match cut to the memory all fit in a single clip, so there's nothing to line up afterwards.
- Kling 3.0 — cheaper, more re-rolls. Kling costs fewer credits per second and keeps faces well, but it's happiest with one scene per generation. Make the zombie scene and the memory as two clips and join them in CapCut.
- Seedance Fast / Mini — the Starter-plan option. Higgsfield's cheapest plan has, at the time of writing, only the Fast and Mini versions of Seedance. They follow the same prompt; expect a little more face drift in the zombie shots.
What you need
- Photo 1: the survivor holding the gun — usually you. Front-facing, face fully visible, daylight.
- Photo 2: the one who turns. One person per photo; group shots make the model mix up faces.
- A Higgsfield account with enough credits for three or four tries — that's how many most people need before both faces hold up.
Step by step (Seedance 2.0, one take)
- Open Create → Video and choose Seedance 2.0 in the model menu.
- Switch to reference mode (multi-image / reference images) rather than a single start frame. A start frame would lock the first shot to your photo; references let the model put both of you into a new scene.
- Upload photo 1, then photo 2. Order matters — the prompt below calls them the first and second reference image.
- Paste the prompt from the box below.
- Set duration to 15 s and the ratio to 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. 720p is enough for a phone feed and costs about half of 1080p.
- Generate, then compare takes. Keep the one where the infected face still looks like the person in photo 2 and the cut lands on the hug.
- Download and post. Seedance adds its own ambient sound; mute it if you want the trending audio on top.
A 15-second cinematic, photorealistic short film in two parts joined by one hard match cut. PERSON A is the person in the first reference image. PERSON B is the person in the second reference image. Keep both faces, hairstyles and builds exactly like the references in every shot. 0 to 9 seconds, cold blue-grey light, an abandoned wooden cabin at dusk during a zombie apocalypse, handheld camera: PERSON A stands in a broken doorway aiming a rifle, hands shaking. PERSON B turns toward them, infected: pale grey skin, dark veins around clouded eyes, torn dusty clothes, no blood and no gore. PERSON B stops, recognising PERSON A. Close-up: tears on PERSON A's face. They lower the rifle and let it drop. PERSON A steps in and hugs PERSON B; PERSON B's arms slowly rise to hug back. Hard match cut at 9 seconds on the same hug pose. 9 to 15 seconds, a sunlit wildflower meadow at golden hour, warm film colour, smooth steady camera: the same hug, both healthy and smiling, PERSON B lifts PERSON A and spins them round, both laughing. Ambient sound only: wind and creaking wood, heavy breathing, then birdsong and soft laughter. No music, no dialogue, no on-screen text, no logos.
Using Kling 3.0 instead (two clips)
- Choose Kling 3.0, upload the same two photos as elements and generate clip 1: the zombie scene up to the hug — the first half of the prompt above, ending with "PERSON A hugs PERSON B".
- Generate clip 2 with the same photos: "Opening on the two of them already hugging" in the meadow, both healthy, then the spin.
- Put both clips in CapCut, trim each so the hug poses match, and cut on the hug. The match cut is the moment people rewatch, so spend your time there.
What it costs
Higgsfield charges in credits, and the price depends on the model, length and resolution. Higgsfield's own comparison puts an 8-second 720p Seedance 2.0 clip at about $1.55 (about $1.20 in Fast mode), so a full 15-second take is roughly double that. Kling 3.0 costs fewer credits per second. Plans start at about $19 a month, and new accounts usually get a few free credits — enough to test, rarely enough to finish. Prices were checked in October 2026; check Higgsfield's pricing page before you buy.
Higgsfield-specific problems
- The faces swap after the cut. Keep the PERSON A / PERSON B labels and say which reference image is which, as the prompt does.
- It renders a horror film. Some presets on Higgsfield add their own style. Generate from the plain model page, not from a horror preset, and keep "no blood and no gore".
- The cut comes too early. Seedance sometimes jumps to the meadow at 5–6 seconds. Re-roll first; if it keeps happening, change "at 9 seconds" to "only after the hug, around 9 seconds".
- The gun disappears. Name it in two shots, as the prompt does, so the drop reads.
